I’ll always remember when chiropractic chose me. I was working for a chiropractor as an assistant. A 15-day-old baby came in with terrible reflux and was about to go in for invasive surgery. After the adjustment, the chiropractor figured out that it was the formula. Mom switched the formula, continued wellness adjustments, and baby didn’t have surgery. In that moment, I realized that I didn’t have to be a surgeon to save lives. I could help people by reconnecting their mind, body, and spirit; look at them as a whole instead of the symptoms that consume their lives.
That led me to Life University in Marietta, GA. I completed my Bachelor in Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees while delving deep into the science, philosophy, and art of chiropractic.
While in GA and since graduating, I have completed over 300 additional course hours in pediatrics, prenatal, cranial, and autism care through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) earning my CACCP and Epic Pediatrics. Through this program, I also became Webster Technique Certified to better care for pregnant women.
After graduating, I worked for an amazing family practice in GA while awaiting the birth of my second. Jude was born at exactly 42 weeks at an Airbnb in a birthing pool with a midwife. This birth was dramatically different from Emelia’s Naval Hospital birth surrounded by 11 different hospital workers. Jude came out not breathing with the cord around his neck 3 times. In that moment, I knew that if I only became a chiropractor to give that one adjustment to hear his first breath, every blood, sweat, and tear that went into my training was worth it. This is were my love and passion for advocating and educating our community about birth options and pre/post natal care began. I am more than excited to see that community of dedicated birth workers grow and connect here in Kitsap.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me having impromptu picnics with my tiny humans, traveling the country to teach other chiropractors how to hone in on their analysis and adjusting skills, listening to podcasts (super junkie!), and writing a book or three! Watching my children grow up healthy in this beautiful community is everything. I am honored that to be able to help create a healthier and happier Kitsap!!
We are excited to have Dr. Jordan providing the care and love in the form of adjustments daily in the office. You will see her in the main adjusting area, performing neuro scans, and in the community during events. Dr. Jordan is also a Webster Certified chiropractor who has graduated from Life University. She originally hails from Kansas City…go Chiefs!!
Harlee is the face you see when you first get in the office! You will see her happy smiling face as she helps check you in at the front desk, giving you a tour, making popcorn, and more. She is the biggest puppy lover ever! Her and her husband have the lovely Roscoe an aussie doodle as their furry baby.
Breena is our amazing exam and scan tech. You will meet her on your first day and she is the one who is all over tracking your progress! You can of course catch her holding a baby from time to time too!
Hello friends!
My name is French, but I was born in the Philippines. My dad was in the Navy, so I've lived all over the world and feel most comfortable when I'm traveling.
The Navy is what brought me to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I've enjoyed exploring the adventures it has to offer with my Australian Shepherd, Ziggy.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Project Management and a Certification in Medical Coding and Billing from Olympic College. Dr. Crystal has inspired me to believe that I can and will own my own business, hopefully in 10 years, and also become a vessel to empower others, especially women and girls, to achieve their dreams.
When I'm not in the office, you'll find me with my nose in a book or working on the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe (which I will happily share once I have achieved this, if I do).
Mary is currently half on maternity leave as she just delivered her third healthy baby girl! If you’ve been with us for a while you might remember Mary as our office manager during the early covid era. Then Guam/the military stole her away. She’s back and can’t stay away from the amazing healing and happiness at the office!!! We are super happy to have and her family back here in Washington.
